Mayo Clinic To Launch A Mass Media On Digital Transformation

Mayo Clinic, with HQ in Rochester, Minnesota, will launch a new Mayo Clinic Proceedings journal focused on digital transformation.

According to a press release shared with Becker’s on Oct. 17, Mayo Clinic Proceedings: Digital Health will publish its first issue in 2023.

A number of topics including AI, telehealth, EHRs, regulatory issues, and virtual reality will be covered in the journal, including original articles, reviews, editorials, and commentary.

The journal’s editor-in-chief will be Francisco Lopez-Jimenez, MD, co-director of AI in cardiology and chair of the Division of Preventive Cardiology at Mayo Clinic.
