Google Health to pilot an AI solution for clinicians

Earlier this month, Google Health announced that it would be piloting Care Studio with Desert Oasis Healthcare (DOHC), a member of Heritage Provider Network.

With Care Studio, clinicians are able to find information faster by combining healthcare data from various sources and pulling them into a unified interface powered by artificial intelligence. The tool automatically displays the most important information first, such as hospital visits, outpatient events, laboratory tests, medications, and treatment notes.

Using the tool, clinicians can streamline their workflows and spend more time on patient care. DOHC is the first outpatient clinic to use the tool. A small number of DOHC clinicians will pilot Care Studio with the medical group, which serves about 60,000 patients.
