Winners of Digital and Data Awards 2022 Announced by UK NHS

As part of the Year of the Digital Profession initiative, NHS England has announced the winners of its Digital and Data Awards 2022. Those working in health care and digital technology are being recognized and celebrated in the awards. Awarded by the Federation of Informatics Professionals (FedIP), they recognize individual achievements in digital, data, technology, and informatics. Over 300 nominations were made earlier this year by NHS England, ranging from those just starting out in their careers to those who have led teams successfully.

NHS England launched the Year of the Digital Profession in March 2022. This initiative supports the development of a skilled, sustainable, and supported digital, data, and informatics workforce. As the health and social care sector moves toward a digitally enabled future, this tech-focused workforce will be essential to meeting the demands and ambitions of its long-term goals.
